Abstract

Ushbu maqolada hududlarning iqtisodiy rivojlanish darajasi, demografik tarkibi, ijtimoiy infratuzilmaimkoniyatlari hamda kambag‘allik darajasidagi tafovutlar asosida ijtimoiy himoya xarajatlarini differensial moliyalashtirishmodelini takomillashtirish masalalari o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqotda hududlar o‘rtasidagi moliyaviy nomutanosibliklarnikamaytirish, resurslarni aniq maqsadlarga yo‘naltirish va ijtimoiy yordam tizimining samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha ilmiyamaliyyondashuvlar ishlab chiqilgan. Taklif etilgan differensial model ijtimoiy himoya xarajatlarining adolatli taqsimlanishi,aholining ehtiyojmand qatlamlariga ko‘mak ko‘rsatish samaradorligini oshirish hamda hududlar kesimidagi ijtimoiybarqarorlikni mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi.
