Abstract

Ushbu maqolada biznes jarayonlarini samarali boshqarishda ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)tizimlaridan foydalanishning afzalliklari ilmiy, nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. ERP tizimlari korxona bo‘limlario‘rtasida integratsiyalashgan axborot almashinuvi, resurslardan optimal foydalanish, real vaqt rejimida monitoring,moliyaviy va operatsion hisob-kitoblarni avtomatlashtirish orqali korxonalar faoliyatining samaradorligini oshirishgaxizmat qilishi yoritiladi. Tadqiqot davomida zamonaviy ERP platformalarining funksional imkoniyatlari, ularning raqamlitransformatsiya jarayonidagi roli, menejment qarorlarini tez va aniq qabul qilishga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, ERPtizimining korxona raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirish, xarajatlarni qisqartirish, ishlab chiqarish va logistika jarayonlarinioptimallashtirishdagi ustunliklari ilmiy manbalar asosida asoslab berilgan
