Abstract

This article scientifically analyzes the role of labor resources in the economic development of the country, theissues related to their quantity and quality, as well as the impact of human capital development on national progress.It highlights the formation of labor resources in Uzbekistan, their regional distribution, urbanization processes, and thedevelopment of the labor market. Conclusions and proposals have been developed to eliminate the imbalance of laborresources between rural and urban areas, accelerate urbanization, and digitize the labor market. The study of foreign andlocal literature on labor resources has enhanced the scientific value of the research
