Abstract

Maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalarida oziq-ovqat, xavfsizlik va xo‘jalik xizmatlarini autsorsing asosidatashkil etishning budjetga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda davlat va xususiy sektor o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikning moliyaviysamaradorligi, xizmatlar sifati, boshqaruvning soddalashuvi hamda resurslardan foydalanishning optimallashuvi ilmiyasosda baholangan. Autsorsing mexanizmining ustunliklari bilan bir qatorda, monitoring, sifat nazorati va shartnomaviyboshqaruv muammolari ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Natijalar maktabgacha ta’lim tizimida autsorsingni joriy etish orqali budjetmablag‘larining tejalishi, muassasa faoliyatining samaradorligi oshishi va xizmatlar sifati yaxshilanishini ko‘rsatadi.
