Jahon Iqtisodiyotida Global Xavfsizlik Va Iqtisodiy Barqarorlik

Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot global xavfsizlik omillarining xalqaro iqtisodiy barqarorlikka ta’sirini baholash hamda ularningO‘zbekiston iqtisodiy tizimiga ta’sir mexanizmlarini aniqlashga qaratilgan. Xalqaro tashkilotlarning statistik bazalari (IMF,IEA, World Bank, UNCTAD) asosida energiya narxlari dinamikasi, global inflyatsiya, savdo-logistika uzilishlari, geosiyosiykeskinlik, kiberxavf tahdidlari va iqlim o‘zgarishining iqtisodiy oqibatlari taqqoslama va korrelyatsion tahlil usullariyordamida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotining energiya bozoridagi o‘zgarishlarga yuqoridarajada sezgirligi, tashqi qarzga qaramlik darajasi ortib borayotgani hamda kiberxavfsizlik infratuzilmasining zaifligiiqtisodiy xavfsizlik uchun asosiy xatar omillari ekanligi aniqlandi. Maqola iqtisodiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash bo‘yichaenergiya diversifikatsiyasi, kiberxavfsizlikni kuchaytirish va tashqi qarz risklarini boshqarish yo‘nalishida amaliy takliflarnitaqdim etadi.
