Kompyuter fanini o‘quvchilarning loyihalarni o‘qitish jarayonida soft ko‘naklarni o‘rqatish

Abstract

Maqolada Informatika o‘quvchiiatlarida loyihaviy o‘qitish texnologiyalaridan foydalangan holda yumshoqko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish usuli taklif va asoslab berilgan, chunki bitiruvchilarning IT-sanoat bozorida muvaffaqiyatliishga joylashishi bunday ko‘nikmalar darajasiga bog‘liq. Rivojlangan muloqot qobiliyatlari, jamoada ishlash va loyihaustida ishlashni rejalashtirish qobiliyati universitet bitiruvchilarining IT sohasida muvaffaqiyatli ishga joylashishi uchunmuhim talablardir. Yumshoq ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish va rivojlantirish talabalarga nafaqat mehnat bozori talablarigajavob berish, balki kasbiy ko‘nikmalarni (qattiq ko‘nikmalar) yanada muvaffaqiyatli rivojlantirish imkonini beradi. Mualliflaryumshoq ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish ko‘rsatkichlarini 5 toifa bo‘yicha taklif qiladilar: shaxsiy samaradorlik, kommunikativ,boshqaruv, strategik va axborotni boshqarish qobiliyatlari. Axborot texnologiyalari bo‘yicha bo‘lajak mutaxassislar uchunyumshoq ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish metodologiyasi uch bosqichga asoslanadi, ularning har biri turli turdagi loyihalarniamalga oshirishni o‘z ichiga oladi: jamoaviy, kurs va fanlararo. Har bir bosqichda shakllanadigan yumshoq ko‘nikmalarningtarkibiy qismlari aniqlanadi. Tadqiqot taklif etilayotgan metodologiyani amalga oshirish uchun ikkita ta’lim texnologiyasi –raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishni nazarda tutuvchi aralash va loyiha asosidagi ta’limning integratsiyasini asoslaydi.Eksperimental tadqiqot davomida talabalar 10 ballik tizimda tavsiya etilgan toifalar bo‘yicha belgilangan ko‘rsatkichlarbo‘yicha o‘zlarining yumshoq malakalarini shakllantirish darajasini mustaqil ravishda baholadilar. O‘tkazilgan eksperimentaltadqiqot natijalari loyihani o‘qitish jarayonida informatika o‘quvchilarida yumshoq ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish darajasiyaxshilanganligini isbotladi. Tajriba natijalarini statistik tahlil qilish tavsiya etilgan usulning ahamiyatini isbotladi va uningsamaradorligini tasdiqlash imkonini berdi.
