Orol dengizi mintaqasida cho‘llanishni bartaraf etishning barqaror usuli: tabiiy ofat turizmi platformasidan foydalanish

Abstract

O‘zbekistonning g‘arbiy hududlari va qo‘shni mamlakatlar aholisining turmush darajasi Orol dengiziningqurishi hamda tuproqning ikkilamchi sho‘rlanishi oqibatida yuzaga kelgan cho‘llanish jarayonidan jiddiy zarar ko‘rmoqda.Sho‘rlanish nafaqat mahalliy aholining dehqonchilik imkoniyatlarini cheklamoqda, balki atrof-muhit iflosligi va havo sifatiyomonlashuvi sil kasalligi, yuqori nafas yo‘llari infeksiyalari, oshqozon-ichak kasalliklari va saraton kabi kasalliklarningtarqalishiga sabab bo‘lmoqda. Shu kungacha olib borilgan tadqiqotlar cho‘llanishning sabablari va salbiy ta’sirinianiqlashga yo‘naltirilgan bo‘lib, muqobil hamda potensial bozor imkoniyatlarini yetarli darajada inobatga olmagan. Ushbutadqiqotda MCDM yondashuvi asosida muqobil variantlarning afzalliklari AHP va PROMETHEE modellari yordamida tahlilqilinib, ularni tartiblash orqali baholandi. Tadqiqot cho‘llanishni kamaytirish vositasi sifatida tabiiy ofat turizmi platformasiniilgari suradi. Taklif etilayotgan yondashuv cho‘llanishga qarshi barqaror strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish va cho‘llashganhududlarda aholi farovonligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi mumkin.
