Biznes Boshqaruvida Raqamli Texnologiyalarni Joriy Etishning Iqtisodiy Samaradorligi

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada biznes boshqaruvi jarayonlariga raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishning iqtisodiysamaradorligi keng yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda raqamli transformatsiyaning zamonaviy korxonalar faoliyatidagi ahamiyati,ularning boshqaruv tuzilmasi va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Raqamli texnologiyalar — sun’iyintellekt, “bulutli” hisoblash, “big data”, avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlari va CRM platformalar — yordamidabiznes jarayonlarini optimallashtirish va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish imkoniyatlari o‘rganilgan. Maqolada, shuningdek,O‘zbekiston korxonalari misolida raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish holati, mavjud muammolar hamda ularni haletish yo‘llari tahlil qilingan. Xorijiy tajriba asosida raqamli boshqaruv tizimlarining iqtisodiy samaradorligini aniqlashdainnovatsion yondashuvlar o‘rganilib, ularning mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirish usullari taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalarishuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli texnologiyalarni to‘g‘ri joriy etish korxonalar uchun xarajatlarni kamaytirish, foyda hajminioshirish, boshqaruvdagi inson omilini qisqartirish hamda tezkor qaror qabul qilish imkoniyatini yaratadi. Maqola yakunidaraqamli iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonida biznes sub’yektlari uchun strategik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
