Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mamlakatlar moliya tizimi barqarorligini ta’minlash va xususiy sektor faoliyatinirag‘batlantirishda boj-tarif siyosatini takomillashtirishning o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Unda tashqi savdoni rivojlantirishningzamonaviy mexanizmlari, bojxona to‘lovlari va tarif siyosatining samaradorligi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, rivojlanganva rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda qo‘llanilayotgan tarifdan tashqari usullarning moliya bozorlari hamda tadbirkorliksub’yektlari uchun ahamiyati va ta’siri ko‘rsatib berilgan. O‘zbekiston tajribasida boj-tarif siyosatini takomillashtirish orqalidavlat budjet daromadlarini oshirish, bank-moliya tizimini mustahkamlash hamda xususiy sektorni qo‘llab-quvvatlashgaxizmat qiluvchi amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
