Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston misolida yashil iqtisodiyot sharoitida raqamli transformatsiya va barqarorrivojlanish klasterlarining nazariy asoslari hamda amaliy yondashuvlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida sistemalitahlil, institutsional yondashuv, statistik ma’lumotlar va SWOT-tahlil kabi metodlardan foydalanildi. O‘zbekistonda yashiliqtisodiyotning rivojlanishi qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalarining ulushini oshirish, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish vaekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlashga qaratilgan davlat strategiyalari orqali amalga oshirilmoqda. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari (elektron hukumat, aqlli qishloq xo‘jaligi, raqamli monitoring) yashil iqtisodiyotloyihalarining samaradorligini oshirmoqda. Qishloq xo‘jaligi va sanoat klasterlarida resurs tejovchi texnologiyalar joriyetilishi, energetika klasterlarida esa quyosh va shamol elektr stansiyalari asosida yangi ishlab chiqarish quvvatlariyaratilishi muhim yutuq sifatida qayd etildi. Biroq, raqamli infratuzilmaning ayrim hududlarda cheklanganligi, chiqindilarniqayta ishlash tizimining sustligi va innovatsion kadrlar yetishmovchiligi kabi muammolar ham mavjud. Maqola yakunidayashil iqtisodiyot va raqamli transformatsiya integratsiyasini yanada rivojlantirish uchun strategik tavsiyalar berildi
