Совершенствование Капитала Хозяйствующих Субъектов В Контексте Развития Банковско- Финансовой Системы И Частного Сектора Экономики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования капитала хозяйствующих субъектов вусловиях трансформации банковско-финансовой системы и расширения роли частного сектора экономики. Наоснове анализа международного опыта и специфики Узбекистана выявлены ключевые факторы, влияющие наэффективность формирования и использования капитала: доступ к долгосрочному кредитованию, развитиестраховых инструментов, институциональные реформы и внедрение цифровых технологий. Показано, что вразвитых странах эффективность функционирования капитала обеспечивается комплексным применениембанковских и страховых механизмов, тогда как в Узбекистане сохраняются структурные ограничения, связанныес ограниченным доступом к финансированию и недостаточной диверсификацией источников капитала. В то жевремя отмечается положительная динамика инвестиционной активности, усиление роли частного бизнеса ипостепенная интеграция инновационных финансовых технологий
