Abstract

Markaziy Osiyoda ekologik muammolar kuchayib bormoqda, jumladan, suv tanqisligi, tuproq degradatsiyasiva havoning ifloslanishi mintaqaning uzoq muddatli iqtisodiy barqarorligi va ijtimoiy farovonligini xavf ostiga qo‘ymoqda.Ushbu maqolada mintaqaning yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tishi ko‘rib chiqilib, inklyuziv rivojlanish, aylanma iqtisodiyot modellariva qayta tiklanadigan energiya manbalarining strategik ahamiyati ta’kidlanadi. Unda milliy tashabbuslar, jumladan,Qozog‘istonning “Yashil iqtisodiyot” konsepsiyasi va O‘zbekistonning qayta tiklanadigan energetikani rivojlantirishborasidagi sa’y-harakatlari tahlil qilinib, chegaralararo ekologik boshqaruvni osonlashtirishda MOMIH (Markaziy Osiyomintaqaviy iqtisodiy hamkorlik tashabbusi) va OQXJ (Orolni qutqarish xalqaro jamg‘armasi ) kabi mintaqaviy hamkorlikplatformalarining ahamiyati ta’kidlanadi. Amalga oshirilgan ijobiy o‘zgarishlarga qaramay, to‘siqlar saqlanib qolmoqda.Bu to‘siqlar bir-biriga bog‘liq bo‘lmagan siyosat, yetarlicha moliyalashtirish va cheklangan texnologik bilimlarni o‘z ichigaoladi. Maqolada Markaziy Osiyoda barqaror o‘sishga muvofiqlashtirilgan sa’y-harakatlar, ekologik toza infratuzilmagainvestitsiyalar va mahalliy hamjamiyatlarning imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish orqali erishish mumkinligi ta’kidlangan
