To‘Lov Tizimi Konseptual Modelining Shakllanish Tamoyillari

Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot zamonaviy to‘lov tizimlarining konseptual modelini shakllantirishning asosiy tamoyillarinio‘rganish va milliy to‘lov tizimlarining rivojlanish yo‘nalishlarini aniqlashni maqsad qiladi. Tadqiqotda nazariy tahlil, qiyosiytadqiqot va tizimli yondashuv usullaridan foydalanildi. Fidutsiar pullar tizimi, markaziy banklar roli va milliy to‘lov tizimlariningxususiyatlari tahlil qilindi. To‘lov tizimining konseptual modeli uch asosiy komponentdan iborat ekanligi aniqlandi:institusional asos (markaziy bank va moliyaviy institutlar), texnologik infratuzilma va tartibga solish mexanizmlari. Milliyto‘lov tizimlarining samaradorligi ushbu komponentlarning muvofiqlashtirilgan ishlashiga bog‘liqligi ko‘rsatildi. Zamonaviyto‘lov tizimlarining konseptual modeli fidutsiar pullar asosida qurilgan bo‘lib, markaziy bank nazoratida milliy valyutadaoperatsiyalar uchun optimal muhit yaratadi
