Abstract

Maqolada zamonaviy iqtisodiy muhitda tijorat banklarining transformatsiyasi zarurati shuqur tahlil qilinadiva ushbu jarayonni takomillashtirishning institusional, texnologik hamda strategik jihatlari o‘rganiladi. Transformatsiyajarayoni doirasida bank faoliyatining raqamli modellashtirishga o‘tishi, xizmatlar spektrining diversifikasiyasi, mijozgayo‘naltirilgan yondashuvni kengaytirish va risklarni boshqarish tizimini optimallashtirish asosiy yo‘nalishlar sifatida ajratibko‘rsatiladi. Maqolada banklar oldida turgan muammolar – eskirgan texnologik infratuzilma, inson resurslari salohiyatiningyetarli emasligi, tartibga solish mexanizmlarining dinamik rivojlanish sur’atlariga moslashuvshan emasligi kabi omillartizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil etilgan
