Abstract

Bugungi iqtisodiyotni harakatlantiruvchi muhim dastaklardan biri – bu inson kapitali hisoblanadi. Insonkapitali zamonaviy iqtisodiyotning eng muhim resurslaridan biri bo‘lib, uning sifati milliy iqtisodiyotning barqarorligiva raqobatbardoshligini belgilovchi asosiy omillardan sanaladi. Mazkur maqolada inson kapitali tushunchasi, uningshakllanishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar hamda milliy iqtisodiyot rivojida tutgan o‘rni yoritilgan. Xususan, ta’lim tiziminimodernizatsiya qilish, sog‘liqni saqlash xizmatlarini takomillashtirish, ilmiy-innovatsion salohiyatni rivojlantirish va mehnatbozorini moslashtirish orqali inson kapitali sifatini oshirish yo‘llari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarasosida O‘zbekiston sharoitida samarali inson kapitalini rivojlantirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqotnatijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, inson kapitaliga kiritilgan investitsiyalar nafaqat iqtisodiy o‘sishni jadallashtiradi, balki milliyiqtisodiyotning xalqaro maydondagi raqobatbardoshligini ham ta’minlaydi
