Abstract

Maqolada Xorazm viloyati sanoat korxonalarida korporativ madaniyatni shakllantirish va takomillashtirishjarayonida boshqaruv samaradorligini optimallashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tashkiliy madaniyat elementlari, ularningbarqaror faoliyatni ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati va rivojlanishni boshqarish bilan o‘zaro aloqasi yoritiladi. Shuningdek, OSAIvositalaridan foydalanish orqali korporativ madaniyatni baholash imkoniyatlari, yashil iqtisodiyot tamoyillari asosidasamaradorlikni oshirish va hududiy rivojlanishga yo‘naltirilgan strategiyalar tahlil qilinadi
