Abstract

Maqolada qurilish tashkilotlarining kreditga layoqatliligini baholashning oʻziga xos jihatlari haqida soʻz boradi.Qurilish tashkilotlarining tarmoq xususiyatidan kelib chiqib, ularning kreditga layoqatliligini baholashning raqamlashtirishuslubiyoti ishlab chiqilgan va uning afzalliklari koʻrsatib berilgan. Qurilish tashkilotlarining kreditga layoqatliliginibaholashni raqamlashtirishda skoring modelidan foydalanish imkoniyatlari ochib berilgan. Skoring modelini ishlabchiqishda moliyaviy (likvidlilik koʻrsatkichlari, balans likvidliligi, taʼminlanganlik koʻrsatkichlari, samaradorlik koʻrsatkichlari,barqarorlik koʻrsatkichlari va Altman modeli) va nomoliyaviy (umumiy kredit tarixi, kredit taʼminoti, qurilish loyihasiningrealligi, tovarning raqobatbardoshlik darajasi, biznes obroʻsi) koʻrsatkichlardan foydalanilgan
