Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Oʻzbekistonning yashil iqtisodiyotga oʻtish zarurati va bu jarayonning milliy iqtisodiyotningrivojlanishiga, ekologik barqarorlikni taʼminlashga hamda iqlim oʻzgarishlariga qarshi kurashishdagi roli ilmiy asoslangan.Yashil iqtisodiyot deganda, tabiiy resurslarni barqaror boshqarish, atrof-muhitga zarar yetkazmasdan samarali foydalanishva iqtisodiy oʻsishni ekologik barqarorlik bilan uygʻunlashtirish nazarda tutiladi. Maqolada yashil iqtisodiyotga oʻtishningtashkiliy-huquqiy asoslari, ilmiy innovatsiyalar, texnologik rivojlanish va bu jarayonda xalqaro hamkorlikning ahamiyatikeng yoritilgan.Oʻzbekistonning yashil iqtisodiyotga oʻtishdagi strategik yoʻnalishlari va bu strategiyalarning iqtisodiy samaradorligi,innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy qilish orqali resurs tejamkorligini taʼminlash masalalari ilmiy tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek,maqolada yashil moliyalashtirish, qayta tiklanadigan energiya manbalaridan foydalanish, iqlim oʻzgarishlariga moslashuvstrategiyalari va transmilliy hamkorlik orqali global ekologik muammolarni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan amaliy choralar taklifqilingan. Innovatsiya va ilgʻor texnologiyalarni joriy etish orqali milliy iqtisodiyotning diversifikatsiyasini taʼminlash hamdaekologik xavfsizlikni mustahkamlash masalalari maqolaning maqsadini tashkil etgan.
