Abstract

Mazkur tezisda tashkilotning innovatsion potensiali va uning raqobatbardoshlikka ta’siri tahlil qilinadi.Innovatsion faoliyatni samarali boshqarish uchun SWOT-tahlilning ahamiyati yoritilib, korxonaning kuchli va zaiftomonlarini, imkoniyatlar hamda tahdidlarni baholash orqali strategik rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari belgilashning nazariy asoslarikeltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari innovatsion boshqaruvni takomillashtirish hamda raqobat ustunligini ta’minlash bo‘yichaamaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
