Mehnat Migratsiyasi Va Pul O‘Tkazmalarining Iqtisodiyotga Ta’Siri

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida mehnat migratsiyasi va pul o‘tkazmalarining iqtisodiyotgata’siri empirik tahlil asosida o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda 2018–2024-yillardagi statistik ma’lumotlar asosida pul o‘tkazmalari(remittances) hajmi hamda ularning iste’mol bozori, kambag‘allik darajasi, ishsizlik va valyuta tushumlariga ta’siri tahlilqilingan. Empirik natijalarga ko‘ra, migrantlar tomonidan yuborilgan pul o‘tkazmalari qisqa muddatda makroiqtisodiybarqarorlikni ta’minlashda ijobiy rol o‘ynagani aniqlangan, biroq uzoq muddatda mehnat resurslarining qisqarishi, “miyaoqimi”ning kuchayishi va tashqi iqtisodiy qaramlik xavflari yuzaga kelgani qayd etilgan. Shuningdek, xalqaro tajribava qiyosiy tahlil asosida O‘zbekistonda pul o‘tkazmalarini samarali investitsiyalarga yo‘naltirish, moliyaviy xizmatlarnikengaytirish hamda ijtimoiy himoyani kuchaytirish orqali iqtisodiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash bo‘yicha amaliy takliflarishlab chiqilgan.
