Tijorat banklari tomonidan komplayens-nazorat tizimini rivojlantirish istiqbollari

Abstract

Maqolada tijorat banklari faoliyatida komplayens riskining ahamiyati, uni samarali boshqarish zarurativa xalqaro me’yorlar asosida rivojlantirish yo‘llari tahlil qilingan. Bazel-2 standartlari va Bank nazorati bo‘yicha Bazelqo‘mitasining tavsiyalari asosida komplayens tizimini tashkil etish tamoyillari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, raqamli moliyaviytexnologiyalar, blokcheyn va markaziy kontragentsiz to‘lov tizimlari sharoitida komplayens funksiyasini qayta ko‘rib chiqishzarurligi asoslab berilgan. Maqolada respublika tijorat banklarida mustaqil komplayens bo‘linmalarini shakllantirish,resurslar ajratish va komplayens auditini yo‘lga qo‘yish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari surilgan.
