Abstract

Davlat budjeti tizimida budjet tashkilotlari xarajatlar smetalarini moliyalashtirish tartibi davlat xarajatlariningsamaradorligini oshirish va moliyaviy intizomni mustahkamlashda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Ushbu maqolada xarajatlarsmetalarini tuzish, tasdiqlash va ijrosini ta’minlash jarayonlari, ularning amaldagi huquqiy-me’yoriy asoslari hamdaamaliyotdagi muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Tahlillar budjet mablag‘laridan oqilona foydalanish,shaffoflikni oshirish va nazorat mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish orqali davlat xarajatlarining moliyalashtirish samaradorliginita’minlash bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beradi.
