Yashil iqtisodiyot sharoitida energiya samaradorligining milliy iqtisodiyotga ta’siri

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yashil iqtisodiyot sharoitida energiya samaradorligini oshirish orqali milliy iqtisodiyotgako‘rsatilayotgan bevosita va bilvosita ta’sirlar tizimli tahlil qilinadi. Global iqlim o‘zgarishi, energetik xavfsizlik va uglerodizlarini kamaytirish bo‘yicha xalqaro majburiyatlar fonida energiya samaradorligi iqtisodiy barqarorlikning muhim tarkibiyqismiga aylanmoqda. Tadqiqot doirasida O‘zbekistonda 2018–2024-yillar davomida amalga oshirilgan energetikaislohotlari, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalariga o‘tish jarayoni, sanoat tarmoqlarida energiya tejovchi texnologiyalarningjoriy etilishi va ularning yalpi ichki mahsulot (YaIM) o‘sishiga hamda energetik intensivlik darajasiga ta’siri empirik usullarasosida o‘rganilgan. Statistik tahlillar natijalariga ko‘ra, energiya samaradorligining ortishi iqtisodiy o‘sish sur’atlariga ijobiyta’sir ko‘rsatgani, ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarining kamaygani hamda tashqi energetik qaramlikning pasaygani aniqlangan.Shuningdek, ekologik omillar bilan iqtisodiy samaradorlik o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqliklar tahlil etilib, yashil transformatsiya milliyiqtisodiyot uchun strategik ustuvor yo‘nalish sifatida qaralmoqda. Maqolada mavjud yutuqlar bilan bir qatorda, infratuzilmava texnologik modernizatsiya ehtiyojlari ham tanqidiy yondashuv asosida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Natijada, yashil iqtisodiyottamoyillari asosida energiya samaradorligini oshirish O‘zbekiston iqtisodiy siyosatida muhim o‘rin tutayotgani va buyo‘nalishdagi chora-tadbirlarning makroiqtisodiy barqarorlikka olib kelishi asoslab berilgan
