Abstract

Ushbu maqolada XXI asr sharoitida sanoat siyosatining iqtisodiy rivojlanishdagi o‘rni nazariy va empirikasoslar negizida tahlil qilingan. Bozordagi muvaffaqiyatsizliklar, texnologik o‘zgarishlar va yashil transformatsiyakabi omillar davlat aralashuvining zarurligini asoslab beradi. Sanoat siyosati Keynsian va yangi tuzilma iqtisodiyotiyondashuvlari asosida, bozordagi nomukammalliklar sharoitida strategik tarmoqlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi muhim vositasifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Yaponiya, Janubiy Koreya, Germaniya, AQSh, Xitoy va Vetnam tajribalari asosida samaralisanoat siyosatining asosiy mezonlari aniqlangan. R&D xarajatlari, yuqori texnologik eksport va raqamli sanoatlashuvko‘rsatkichlari orqali davlat siyosatining natijalari baholangan. Maqolada O‘zbekiston uchun kontekstga moslashtirilgan,sharoitdan kelib chiqqan sanoat siyosatini ishlab chiqish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan
