Abstract

Ushbu maqola “Mamlakat budjetining shakllanishi va daromadlar taqsimotining iqtisodiyotdagi roli”mavzusiga bag‘ishlangan bo‘lib, unda budjet tizimining nazariy asoslari, uning shakllanish jarayoni, daromad manbalari,xarajat yo‘nalishlari va ular orqali iqtisodiyotga ko‘rsatiladigan ta’sir keng yoritilgan. Maqolada budjetning iqtisodiy o‘sishgata’siri, fiskal siyosat bilan bog‘liqligi, shuningdek, budjet mablag‘larining taqsimlanishi orqali ijtimoiy barqarorlik va aholifarovonligiga ta’siri tahlil etiladi. Bundan tashqari, budjet daromad qismini shakllantirish usullari, soliqlarning ahamiyati,davlat daromadlari tuzilmasi hamda xarajatlarning samarali yo‘naltirilishi, shuningdek, budjet defitsiti va uning yuzagakelish sabablari muhokama qilinadi
