Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ijtimoiy menejmentda raqamli transformatsiyaning ahamiyati, ushbu yo‘nalishdaxorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi va ularni O‘zbekiston sharoitida joriy etish istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda raqamlitexnologiyalarning davlat boshqaruvi va ijtimoiy soha tizimlarining samaradorligini oshirishga ta’siri ilg‘or xorijiy amaliyotlarmisolida o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda ijtimoiy menejment sohalarida raqamli transformatsiyani rivojlantirishuchun mavjud imkoniyatlar va muammolar tahlil qilinib, ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar keltiriladi. Tadqiqotnatijalari ijtimoiy boshqaruv jarayonlarini zamonaviy texnologiyalar asosida takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliyahamiyatga ega.
