Зелёные Инвестиции: Перспективы И Риски

Abstract

Зелёные инвестиции приобретают всё большее значение в контексте глобального перехода кустойчивой экономике, однако их эффективность остаётся под вопросом из-за сопутствующих рисков. В даннойстатье проведён качественный анализ перспектив и рисков зелёных инвестиций на основе обзора научнойлитературы, отчётов международных организаций и финансовых данных. Результаты демонстрируют устойчивыйрост вложений (1,74 трлн долларов США в 2023 году) и доходность зелёных облигаций (4,2 % годовых), новыявляют проблемы рыночной волатильности, технологической неопределённости и «зелёного камуфляжа»(15 % проектов). Обсуждение подчёркивает необходимость строгих стандартов и инновационных подходов дляраскрытия потенциала зелёных инвестиций. В заключение делается вывод о том, что их долгосрочная ценностьоправдывает усилия по преодолению существующих барьеров
