Развитие Финтеха В Узбекистане: Современное Состояние И Международный Контекст

Abstract

В статье представлен всесторонний анализ развития финтех-сектора Узбекистана на фоне глобальныхтрансформаций в финансовой сфере. Рассматриваются ключевые тренды мирового финтеха, включая ростцифровых платежей, интеграцию искусственного интеллекта, распространение open banking и развитиесуперприложений. Особое внимание уделено институциональной поддержке цифровизации в Узбекистане,включая законодательные реформы, расширение инфраструктуры и активную роль государства. На основестатистических данных о ведущих узбекских финтех-компаний (Click, Payme, Uzum Bank и др.) продемонстрированывысокие темпы роста сектора, повышение финансовой инклюзии и интеграция новых технологий. Несмотря надостижения, акцентируются сохраняющиеся барьеры – нормативные пробелы, низкая цифровая грамотность ириски кибербезопасности. Делается вывод о стратегическом значении финтеха для устойчивого экономическогоразвития и цифровой трансформации страны, при этом обозначены ключевые направления дальнейшего роста.
