Barqaror Rivojlanishni Ta’Minlash Maqsadida “Yashil Iqtisodiyot”Ga O‘Tish Zarurati

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston va jahondagi dolzarb ekologik muammolar fonida yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tishzarurati tahlil qilingan. Yashil iqtisodiyotning asosiy maqsadi – atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish, tabiiy resurslardan oqilonafoydalanish, iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirish va ijtimoiy adolatni ta’minlash orqali barqaror rivojlanishga erishishdaniborat ekani asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot davomida O‘zbekiston energetika tarmog‘ining energiyatalabligi, uglevodorodresurslariga qaramligi va mavjud infratuzilmaning eskirganligi kabi omillar aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, muqobil energiyamanbalariga o‘tish, xalqaro tajribalarni joriy etish va “yashil” investitsiyalarni faollashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.Maqolada yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish bo‘yicha milliy strategiyaning asosiy tamoyillari ham tahlil etiladi
