Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda yashil texnologiyalar va raqamlashtirish ta’sirida mehnat bozorining transformasiyasi koʻribchiqiladi. Qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalari, resurslarni tejash va avtomatlashtirishga doir asosiy tendensiyalar tahlilqilinadi. Ushbu omillarning bandlik tuzilmasi, yangi kasblarning paydo boʻlishi va malakalar talablarining oʻzgarishiga ta'sirioʻrganiladi. Oʻzbekistondagi "Raqamli Oʻzbekiston – 2030" dasturi doirasidagi siyosat va xalqaro mehnat munosabatlarinitartibga solish tajribasiga alohida e'tibor qaratilgan. Shuningdek, iqlim oʻzgarishi va platformaviy bandlikni oʻz ichigaolgan holda "yashil" iqtisodiyotga oʻtish bilan bogʻliq muammo va imkoniyatlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda qiyosiy tahlil,statistik modellashtirish va prognozlash usullari qoʻllangan. Xulosa qismda ta'lim tizimini, kadrlar tayyorlashni va davlatsiyosatining tavsiyalari keltirilgan
