Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat qarzlarini boshqarish tizimini isloh qilish, ularni samarali qaytarish mexanizmlariniishlab chiqish, tashqi moliyaviy xatarlardan himoyalanish strategiyalarini aniqlash, qarz barqarorligini ta’minlash, fiskalintizomni mustahkamlash va iqtisodiy xavfsizlikni oshirish orqali davlat moliyaviy siyosatining barqarorligini ta’minlashimkoniyatlari nazariy va amaliy jihatdan o‘rganib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, global moliyaviy bozorlarning o‘zgaruvchansharoitida qarz olish va uni qaytarish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish, davlat qarzini monitoring qilish, tashqi qarzlarningsamaradorligini baholash va strategik risklarni kamaytirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar ishlab chiqish masalalariham tahlil etilmoqda.
