Abstract

Tijorat banklarida intellektual mulkdan foydalanish moliyaviy tashkilotlarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish vainnovatsiyalarni joriy etish uchun muhim omildir. Banklar o‘z faoliyatlarida intellektual mulk, jumladan, patentlar, mualliflikhuquqlari, tijorat sirlari va brendlarni samarali boshqarish orqali yangi xizmatlar va mahsulotlar yaratish imkoniyatigaega. Shuningdek, intellektual mulkni himoya qilish va huquqiy aspektlar, banklar uchun innovatsion yechimlar yaratishdaintellektual mulkning o‘rni yoritib beriladi
