Abstract

This study examines the challenges faced by the rural labor force, focusing on labor productivity reservesin the rural labor market using agricultural enterprises as a case study. The paper highlights the persistent presence ofjob vacancies in rural areas that often go unfilled due to comparatively lower wage levels in rural sectors and the nationaleconomy overall.
