Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonning oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari savdosining rivojlanish evolyutsiyasini tahlil qiladi.Maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoatining modernizatsiyasi, yangi texnologiyalarni tatbiq etish va ishlab chiqarish samaradorliginioshirish borasida amalga oshirilgan islohotlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Qishloq xo‘jaligi va oziq-ovqat sanoatining integratsiyasi,fermerlar va ishlab chiqaruvchilarga davlat tomonidan taqdim etilgan qo‘llab-quvvatlash dasturlari, subsidiyalar va soliqimtiyozlarining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Elektron tijorat va raqamli texnologiyalar yordamida oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarisavdosining yangi shakllari shakllanmoqda, bu esa global bozorlar bilan integratsiya qilish imkoniyatlarini oshirmoqda.Shuningdek, ekologik barqarorlik va iqlim o‘zgarishlarining ta'siri, yangi mahsulotlar diversifikatsiyasi va eksportsalohiyatining oshirilishi masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi
