Abstract

Mazkur maqola xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida elektron tijoratni rivojlantirish va samaradorligini oshirishmasalalariga bag‘ishlangan. Elektron tijoratning mijozlar bilan tezkor aloqani mustahkamlash, xizmat sifatini oshirish,xarajatlarni kamaytirish va kompaniyalarning raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalarielektron tijoratning xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida samarali ishlashi uchun raqamli savodxonlikni oshirish, kiberxavfsizliknita’minlash va texnologik infratuzilmani rivojlantirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi. Maqola xizmat ko‘rsatuvchi kompaniyalar uchunraqamli texnologiyalarni samarali qo‘llash orqali mijozlar qoniqishini oshirish va yangi bozorlarga chiqish yo‘llarini ochibberadi.
