Abstract

Hozirgi kunda global miqyosda innovatsion iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayoni jadallik bilan kechmoqda. Buholat barcha iqtisodiy sohalar, xususan, agrar iqtisodiyotning rivojlanish yo‘nalishlariga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda.Ushbu maqolada innovatsion iqtisodiyot sharoitida agrar sohani barqaror rivojlantirishning dolzarb muammolari chuqurtahlil qilinadi. Jumladan, qishloq xo‘jaligida innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etishning sustligi, moddiy-texnik baza vainfratuzilmaning yetarli darajada rivojlanmagani, ilm-fan va ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasining zaifligi, moliyalashtirishtizimidagi muammolar, iqlim o‘zgarishi va ekologik muvozanatsizlik kabi omillar muhim to‘siqlar sifatida ko‘rsatiladi.Shuningdek, maqolada agrar sohada innovatsion yondashuvlar orqali barqarorlikni ta’minlash bo‘yicha yechimlar hamtaklif qilinadi. Jumladan, raqamli texnologiyalarni keng joriy etish, agrotexnologik yangiliklarni ishlab chiqish va amaliyotgatatbiq etish, fermer xo‘jaliklari va agroklasterlarning innovatsion salohiyatini oshirish, ilmiy-tadqiqot muassasalari bilanhamkorlikni kuchaytirish, davlat tomonidan subsidiya va grantlarni oshirish kabi choralar ilgari suriladi.
