“Yashil Iqtisodiyot”Ga O‘Tish Zaruriyati Va Uning O‘Ziga Xos Xususiyatlari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada iqtisodiy resurslarning cheklanganligi sharoitida “yashil iqtisodiyot”ga o‘tish zaruriyatiasoslangan bo‘lib, Xalqaro tashkilotlar tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan “yashil iqtisodiyot”ga tish tamoyillari va amalgaoshirish dastaklari qiyosiy tahlil etilgan. “Yashil iqtisodiyot”ning axborot resurslari va “yashil iqtisodiyot” uchun insonkapitalini rivojlantirishning dolzarb masalalari tadqiq qilingan “Yashil iqtisodiyot” konsepsiyasining shakllanishi, rivojlanishbosqichlari, “yashil iqtisodiyot”ga o‘tish zaruriyati, omillari, tamoyillari va indikatorlari tahlil etilgan. “Yashil iqtisodiyot”gao‘tish jarayonini moliyalashtirish, “yashil energetika”ni barqaror rivojlantirish, ekologik siyosat va uni amalga oshirishningiqtisodiy mexanizmi, “yashil iqtisodiyot”ga o‘tishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari va xorij tajribasidan Bolgariya mamlakatimisolida hamda Singapur mamlakatidagi yashillik rasmlari keltirilgan, modellari, O‘zbekistonda “yashil iqtisodiyot”gao‘tish strategiyasining maqsadi, vazifalari, rivojlanish bosqichlari va ustuvor yo‘nalishlarining mazmuni bayon etilgan.Ilmiy maqolada bir diagramma ishlab chiqilgan, unda yashil makonga to‘g‘ri keladigan ko‘rinishlar aks ettirilgan. Ilmiymaqolada Samarqand viloyatidagi iqtisodiy samaradorlik kategoriyalaridan rentabellik darajasi tahlillari keltirilgan
