Abstract

maqola sirkulyar iqtisodiyotning, mohiyati va ahamiyati, barqaror o‘sish maqsadlariga erishishda sirkulyariqtisodiyotning ta’siriga bag‘ishlangan. Unda rivojlangan va rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda sirkulyar iqtisodiyotningholatini aks ettiradigan raqamlar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, iqtisodiy jihatdan taraqqiy etgan Yevropa davlatlarida sirkulyariqtisodiyotga o‘tish orqali barqaror o‘sish konsepsiyasi doirasida belgilangan maqsadlariga erishish masalalari keltirilgan,sirkulyar iqtisodiyotni moliyalashtirishning o‘ziga xos jihatlari tadqiq qilingan hamda sirkulyar iqtisodiyotga o‘tish qandaynatijalarni keltirib chiqarishi izohlangan. Sirkulyar iqtisodiyotga o‘tishni moliyalashtirishning asosiy manbalari sifatida tijoratbanklari mablag‘lari va kraudfanding moliyalashtirish usuliga to‘xtalib o‘tib, sohani moliyalashtirish uchun bank tomonidanmoliyalashtirish manblag‘larini olish va innovatsion biznes-modellarni tadbiq etishda mavjud to‘siqlar keltirilgan hamdaularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha tegishli takliflar keltirilgan.
