Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda mehnat haqi bo‘yicha firibgarlik va xato qilish holatlari, shuningdek, sud buxgalteriyaekspertizasi metodologiyasining samaradorligini oshirish masalalari o‘rganiladi. Mehnat haqi bilan bog‘liq noqonuniyamallar nafaqat ishchilarga, balki butun tashkilotlarga ham iqtisodiy va huquqiy zarar yetkazadi. Tadqiqotda sud buxgalteriyaekspertizasining mavjud metodlari tahlil qilinib, takomillashtirish uchun zamonaviy texnologiyalar va metodologiyalarjoriy etish taklif etiladi. Xususan, raqamli tizimlar, sun’iy intellekt va katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data) yordamida firibgarlikva xatolarni aniqlash samaradorligini oshirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi sud buxgalteriyaekspertizasi usullarini takomillashtirish va yangi yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishdir
