“Разработка Модели Ключевых Компетенций Современного Менеджера Проекта В Промышленных Предприятиях”

Abstract

Исследование направлено на разработку модели ключевых компетенций современного менеджерапроекта с учётом специфики химической промышленности Республики Узбекистан. В основе работы лежитсопоставительный анализ международных компетентностных рамок (IPMA ICB 4.0, PMI PMCDF, PMI TalentTriangle, APM CF) и практик управления проектами в отраслевом контексте. Методология включала экспертныеинтервью и анкетирование специалистов химических предприятий, что позволило выявить наиболее релевантныекомпетенции. На основе полученных данных предложена кластерная модель, включающая четыре группыкомпетенций: личностные, практические, отраслевые и перспективные. Результаты могут быть использованы дляподбора, развития и оценки менеджеров проектов в химической отрасли, а также для адаптации международныхстандартов проектного управления к национальному контексту
