Temir yo‘l va intermodal transport tizimining rivojlanishi: investitsiyalar, xarajatlar va samaradorlik tahlili

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada temir yo‘l va intermodal transport tizimining ahamiyati hamda global transportinfratuzilmasidagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Xususan, Xitoy va Hindiston kabi jadal rivojlanayotgan davlatlarda temir yo‘linfratuzilmasiga kiritilayotgan katta investitsiyalar, yuqori tezlikdagi yo‘lovchi va yuk tashuvchi liniyalar misolida yoritibberilgan. Intermodal transport tushunchasi va konteynerlash texnologiyasining yuk tashish sohasidagi inqilobiy o‘rniko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Maqolada 2019–2023-yillar davomida O‘zbekistonda temir yo‘l orqali yuk tashish xarajatlari tahlilqilinib, xarajatlar tuzilmasidagi o‘zgarishlar, ayniqsa materiallar, yoqilg‘i, elektr energiyasi va ish haqi jamg‘armasiningoshishi muhokama qilingan. Tadqiqot temir yo‘l transportining multimodal tizimdagi markaziy o‘rnini hamda ushbu tizimsamaradorligini oshirish uchun konteyner terminallari va boshqa transport vositalari bilan muvofiqlik zarurligini asoslaydi
