Sug‘urtada investisiya faoliyatini tashkil etishni huquqiy asoslari

Abstract

Ushbu tezisda O‘zbekiston sug‘urta bozori doirasida investitsiya faoliyatini tashkil etishning huquqiy asoslarihamda sug‘urta kompaniyalarining moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlashdagi roliga e’tibor qaratilgan. Xususan, “Sug‘urtafaoliyati to‘g‘risida”gi Qonun, Moliya vazirligi buyruqlari asosida qabul qilingan nizomlar hamda prudensial normativlarasosida sug‘urta zaxiralari va ularning investitsiyaviy yo‘naltirilishi tartibi yoritilgan. Tezisda ajratilgan aktivlar, ularningtarkibi va ularni boshqarish prinsiplari, shuningdek, to‘lov qobiliyatini saqlash uchun zarur mexanizmlar chuqur tahliletilgan. O‘zbekistonda sug‘urta kompaniyalari investitsiya faoliyatini yuritishda qaysi qonuniy va metodologik asoslargatayanishi zarurligi asoslangan holda bayon etiladi.
