Ta’minot zanjirlarini qo‘llashda jahon tajribasi

Abstract

Mazkur tezisda ta’minot zanjirlarini boshqarish va rivojlantirishda jahon tajribasining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi.Dunyoning yetakchi kompaniyalari – Amazon, Toyota, Walmart va boshqalar misolida ta’minot zanjirlarini optimallashtirish,logistika jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish va raqamli texnologiyalarni integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha ilg‘or amaliyotlar o‘rganiladi.Shuningdek, ta’minot zanjirlarida barqarorlik, moslashuvchanlik va raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish uchun qo‘llanilayotganinnovatsion yondashuvlar hamda strategiyalar tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, pandemiya va global inqirozlar sharoitidata’minot zanjirlarini boshqarishdagi o‘zgarishlar va ularni yengib o‘tish uchun qo‘llangan xalqaro tajribalar ham yoritiladi.Zamonaviy texnologiyalar – Big Data, sun’iy intellekt, IoT va blockchainning ta’minot zanjirlariga ta’siri alohida ko‘ribchiqiladi. Tezis yakunida O‘zbekiston korxonalari uchun jahon tajribasidan olingan saboqlar va tavsiyalar beriladi.
