Ta’minot zanjirida CPFR texnologiyasi foydalanishni afzalliklari

Abstract

Mazkur tezis ishimda ta’minot zanjirida zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan biri bo‘lganCPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment – Hamkorlikda rejalashtirish, prognozlash va zaxiralarnito‘ldirish) texnologiyasining mohiyati, afzalliklari va amaliy qo‘llanilishi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda CPFR tizimining ta’minotzanjirida ishtirok etuvchi tomonlar o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni mustahkamlash, ehtiyojlarni aniq prognozlash va resurslardansamarali foydalanishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Ishda CPFR texnologiyasini joriy qilish orqali logistik xarajatlarni kamaytirish,mijozlar ehtiyojini tez va aniq qondirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinib, tegishli tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Ushbu texnologiyaniamaliyotga tatbiq etish samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha xulosalar berilgan.
