Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tabiiy va sun’iy tolalardan qayta ishlangan mahsulotlarning texnologik sifati va iqtisodiysamaradorligi tahlil qilindi. Ishlovga chidamlilik, energiya sarfi, chiqindi miqdori va mahsulot barqarorligi asosiy mezonsifatida tanlandi. SWOT va qiymat zanjiri asosida sanoatdagi afzalliklar aniqlanib, aralash tolalarning amaliy ustunliklariasoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari barqaror ishlab chiqarish va ekologik mas’uliyatni kuchaytirish yo‘lida ilmiy asos yaratadi.
