Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli bank xizmatlarida sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini joriy etishning amaliyyo‘nalishlari, dolzarb muammolari va ularni hal etish strategiyalari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatishsifatini oshirish, firibgarlik holatlarini aniqlash va kredit risklarini baholashda sun’iy intellektning roli yoritilgan. Shu bilanbirga, axborot xavfsizligi, algoritmlar shaffofligi, etik muammolar va me’yoriy-huquqiy asoslarning yetarli emasligi kabimasalalar ham tahlil etilib, sohani rivojlantirishga doir takliflar ilgari surilgan.
