Axborot tizimlaridan foydalangan holda tashkilotni boshqarish bo‘yicha qarorlar qabul qilishni takomillashtirish

Abstract

Ushbu tezisda axborot tizimlarining tashkilotni boshqarish jarayonida qaror qabul qilish samaradorliginioshirishdagi roli o‘rganiladi. Zamonaviy texnologiyalar va ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilish usullaridan foydalanish orqali boshqaruvqarorlarini qabul qilish jarayonini optimallashtirish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda axborot tizimlarining real vaqt rejimidama’lumotlarni qayta ishlash, tahlil qilish va prognozlash imkoniyatlari tashkilot faoliyatini boshqarishdagi muammolarni halqilishda qanday yordam berishi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, ushbu tizimlarning afzalliklari, cheklovlari va ularni amaliyotgajoriy etishda duch kelinadigan muammolar muhokama qilinadi. Ishning maqsadi – axborot tizimlaridan foydalanishnitakomillashtirish orqali tashkilotlarning strategik va operativ boshqaruvi samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan tavsiyalarishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot natijalari boshqaruvchilar uchun qaror qabul qilish jarayonlarini soddalashtirish vaaniqligini oshirishda amaliy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lishi mumkin.
