Abstract

Mazkur maqolada investitsion muhitni boshqarish jarayonida yuzaga kelayotgan dolzarbmuammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda investitsion muhitning shakllanishigata’sir etuvchi iqtisodiy, huquqiy, institutsional va tashkiliy omillar o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, investitsion faoliyatsamaradorligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi asosiy omillar, jumladan, ma’muriy to‘siqlar, yuqori tavakkalchilikdarajasi, infratuzilma yetishmovchiligi hamda axborot shaffofligining yetarli darajada emasligi tahlil qilingan.Ushbu masalalarni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha davlat boshqaruvi tizimini takomillashtirish, investitsion siyosatniliberallashtirish, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish va investorlar uchun qulay sharoitlar yaratish yo‘nalishlaritaklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari investitsion muhitni yaxshilash va investitsiya oqimlarini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
