Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada raqamlashtirilgan soliq tizimlarida foydalanuvchi tomonidan yo‘l qo‘yiladigan xatolar,ularning kelib chiqish sabablari va soliq ma’murchiligi samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida foydalanuvchixatolari bilim darajasi, raqamli ko‘nikmalar va xulq-atvor omillari bilan bog‘liqligi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, ushbuxatolarni kamaytirishga qaratilgan samarali strategiyalar, jumladan soliq savodxonligini oshirish, raqamli interfeyslarnisoddalashtirish va qo‘llab-quvvatlash xizmatlarini rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlari tavsiya etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari soliq tizimidafoydalanuvchi markazli yondashuvni kuchaytirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi
