Abstract

Ushbu tezis Surxondaryo viloyati mahalliy budjetlarining moliyaviy imkoniyatlarini kuchaytirish va xarajatlarnibarqaror moliyalashtirish yo‘llarini ilmiy asoslashga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda viloyat mahalliy budjetlarining joriyholati, daromad manbalari tarkibi hamda ularning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Mahalliy budjetlarning yuqori darajadagisubsidiyalarga bog‘liqligi, soliq bazasining torligi va norasmiy iqtisodiyot ulushining mavjudligi asosiy omillar sifatidako‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Uzbekistan Prezidenti farmonlari va mahalliy qarorlar asosida moliyaviy mustaqillikni oshirish,daromadlarni diversifikatsiya qilish hamda xarajatlarni optimallashtirish bo‘yicha aniq tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqotnatijalari Surxondaryo viloyatida barqaror mahalliy moliya tizimini shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi
